Please follow the steps below so you can understand how we strive to serve you at this time and to ensure a timely and accurate return process.

STEP 1: Please download and fill out our Intake Form (xlsx format) or a PDF version. Both existing and new clients must fill out this form which allows us to have the most current information we need to get the process started and to contact you.

STEP 2: Submit your documents to using one of the following options:

- Upload your tax documents and intake form to our secure server. We ask that you put all of your documents (including your intake form) into one pdf file, and not individually. Multiple pdfs can create confusion and leave room for error.

- Mail your intake form and documents to our office address or fax to us at (718) 832-4924.

- Drop off your intake form and tax documents to our office. Our waiting room will undergo a temporary remodeling to include a plexiglass welcome area where you will be able to pass off and pick up your tax documents directly to and from an associate. Please check our operating hours for this option.

*For either option, please make sure you thoroughly check that all documents are included to ensure a timely and accurate processing of your return. Our Tax Preparation Checklist is a helpful reminder to what applicable documents should be included.

**New Clients - please include a copy of your prior year's return.

STEP 3: Preparation of your return.

Once we have all of your documents we will begin the process of completing your return. This process starts with data entry and confirmation of your basic and important information. It progresses to a review of your income and deductions to ensure that your minimum legal tax liability is calculated. We ask for patience at this time so we may fulfill this process in a timely fashion, and note that we will contact you only for more information or at the completion of your return.

Once your tax return is completed, our associates will call for payment so that we may securely email you a copy (or you may pick up a hard copy as well) and process your return. We’ll be able to accept cash, credit or checks onsite or credit cards over the phone. This year, we will also have the ability to email you a link with your invoice and you’ll be able to enter your own credit card details. If you have questions concerning your return, our associate will schedule a time for a follow up to review either by phone. Please be considerate of our time as we are working hard to accommodate our clients individually during this very busy time.
